Today's homework:
LA/SS sorry for the confusion yesterday, but Map 1 is due for Protons today (it was due for Electrons only yesterday) That happens when I do the blog to early.
finish word study sort 2, do word hunt if you want. You may do this in class tomorrow.
Math: Still finishing work from yesterday page 17-26, ACE 12-14, 17, 22-24 and 45
Read for at least 20 minute your novel
We are moving along with our Discovery simulation. Groups started discussing names. We have (by roll of the dice) we have 4 religious freedom colonies, 1 government colony and two private colonies.
With math homework, please remember that students are only asked to work for 20-30 minutes on their math homework in a given night. There is no expectation that they finish all of the problems assigned. In an attempt to differentiate for various student needs and expectations, numerous problems will be assigned every evening. Students are asked to work through a selection of the problems. I encourage them to challenge themselves and choose higher number problems as they grow more confident and more comfortable with the skills.
